DESCRIPTION:

Welcome to your first growth mission! The purpose of this event is to cultivate self-expression through the arts. We will have other activities during the day for you to enjoy as you please, such as beach volleyball, swimming, hiking, and some surprises ;)

***NOTE: Although we have a lot of activities, you also have a lot of flexibility and freedom to choose what you want to do!

CORE ACTIVITIES:

ACTING will be group exercises focused on vulnerability
DANCING will be a mixture of Salsa, Baccata, and Champeta

SPANISH will be a basic course for beginners (A1 level)

GOAL & PURPOSE:

The goal of this growth mission is to learn about ourselves (what it is we want to express) and to then practice expressing it in various ways in a fun environment.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

Everyone who is interested in the arts, in trying new things, and developing a social community!

 

PRICE INCLUDES:

-Airport shuttle to and from the airport,

-an air conditioned room (shared accommodation)

-Three daily meals (snacks and alcohol NOT included)

-Highspeed internet (Wifi access from the hotel)

-All the core activities and other scheduled activities

-Full-time access to the swimming pool, party cabana and general grounds of the hotel.

 

DON'T FORGET:

-Light clothing and bathing suit! Colombia is nice and toasty :)
-Long sleeved shirts and pants + Bugspray (For when in the jungle)

-2-week supply of your medication if applicable

 

OUR TIPS:

*Take some cash out in Colombian Pesos (COP) from your bank before leaving for pocket money. Otherwise, get some from a "DAVIVIENDA" ATM and decline the conversion when it asks you. Having enough for the entire 10 days is important because there are no ATMs in the area!

***COME EARLIER IF YOU CAN! Having a day or two to relax and explore Santa Marta is a great idea! You can stay at the Tunido hostel, owned by our friend Dimitri where you will have a great time and it is very chill and affordable :)
